CLICK HERE to email us and we will contact you by phone to arrange payment. (Please ensure that you quote any product referance codes and include BOTH a day and night time telephone number)
* By Phone *
The shop is open 10am-5pm Mon to Sat, 11am-5pm on Sun and orders can be placed by dialing 015242 72585 or alternatively you can leave a message on the answer machine out of hours. (Don't forget to leave telephone numbers for BOTH day and night time!)
* By Post *
CLICK HERE to complete a form which should be printed off and sent to Parma Violet, 45 Main Street, Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria. LA6 2AH. Cheques should be made payable to Parma Violet and should include your card details and name on the reverse. Please do not send cash.

Dispatch of your order will hopefully be within 1 week (if not sooner) however you should realistically allow up to 14 days! Postage may require a signature and the costs are according to those quoted by Royal Mail.
* Even smaller print!*
Exchange or refund of any item is acceptable provided that the item is in it's original condition and is returned within 7 days of receipt. (It is advisable to obtain proof of postage and to send the item registered, as Parma Violet can not be held responsible for breakages and items lost in the post.) Items damaged or not as ordered should be made known to us within 24 hours.
Alternatively you are very welcome to give us a ring or email us for a good natter about what is in store, about to come in or stuff which is just generally inspiring us at the moment!
